overview

Essential tremor is a nervous system (neurological) disorder that causes involuntary and rhythmic tremors. It can affect almost any part of your body, but the most common tremor is in your hands – especially when doing simple tasks like drinking from a glass or tying your shoelaces.

Essential tremors are usually not a dangerous condition, but they usually get worse over time and can be severe in some people. Other conditions do not cause essential tremors, although essential tremors are sometimes confused with Parkinson’s disease. Essential tremor Treatment in Khammam

Main signs and symptoms of tremors:

The reasons

About half of all essential tremors appear to be due to a genetic mutation. This form is called familial tremors. It is not known what causes essential tremors in people with no known genetic mutation.

Genetic mutation. The inherited variant of essential tremor (familial tremor) is an autosomal dominant disorder. A defective gene from only one parent is required to transmit the disease.

If you have a parent with a genetic mutation for essential tremor, you have a 50 percent chance of developing the disorder on your own. Essential tremor Treatment in Khammam
