overview
Gender dysphoria is the feeling of discomfort or distress that may appear in people whose gender identity is different from their gender assigned at birth or the physical characteristics associated with the gender.
Transgender and sexually abusive people may experience gender dysphoria at some point in their life. But not everyone is affected. Some transgender and sexually abusive people are comfortable with their bodies with or without medical intervention.
Gender dysphoria is a diagnosis listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM-5), a manual published by the American Psychiatric Association for the diagnosis of mental disorders. This term is intended to be more meaningful than the previously used term gender identity disorder. Gender dysphoria Treatment in Khammam
